MORE VLOGGING

Recently, I have started doing video blogs, in order to update you about my music activities. I hope to be able to get myself doing more vlogs on a kind of (random) regular basis. You can find them on my YouTube channel, where I have created a special playlist for the vlogs.

Video blogs number 2 and 3 have alread been published. Please check them below and enjoy.

VLOGGING EXPERIMENT

I committed myself into a new experiment. At least it’s something I haven’t done before: Vlogging. I have been blogging in the past about my creative activities. As I enjoy watching other creative beings opening their mind towards their audience by video blogging, I just couldn’t resist trying that out myself. I think my first attempt went quite well, and I might just decide to continue this in some kind of frequently basis. Who knows. Anyway, here is VLOG no. 1:

SURPRISE PERFORMANCE WITH ERIC VAN DER HEIJDEN

On April 30st, I have been joining Dutch musician of electronic music Eric van der Hijden with his performance at the Zeiss Planetarium in Bochum (Germany). Eric and I have been working on a special piece to honour Sylvia Sommerfeld (Schallwende e.V.), which we performed live at the venue. The so far unreleased piece is called “Colorful Fields of Summer”. Other musicians, who joined Eric were Ron Boots (keyboards), Frank Doritke (guitar) and Harold van der Heijden (drums). I personally had a great time performing, and the whole concert was well reveiced. More can be read at Stephan Schelle’s article at MusikZirkus-Magazin (navigate to ‘Konzerte”->”Chronologisch”.

Also, the artwork is practically finished. It only requires the additional bar-code, Groove Logo and order number.
